In this role, you will impact the development of advanced systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and development activities in line with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Create test plans, procedures, and reports based on customer environmental requirements and applicable minimum operational performance standards

  • Perform avionics system testing in accordance with these procedures

  • Provide technical expertise to the team in helping to solve complex engineering problems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve inter-team technical issues as needed during test execution

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Desire to perform systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

WE VALUE

  • Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest/proficiency in adapting AI principles to improve efficiency.
  • Test station scripting experience in Python or similar languages.
  • Experience with Avionics Test Equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Power Meters.
  • Experience working with DO-160 and/or Mil-STD environmental requirements.
  • Experience evaluating MOPS such as DO-181, DO-185, DO-220, or DO-283.
  • Test Procedure and Test Report writing experience.
  • Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
