You will report directly to our Vice President of Corporate Development and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell's strategic direction and financial performance, ensuring that acquisitions align with our long-term goals and enhance our competitive position in the market.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least 10 years of project management and/or relationship management experience
  • At least 10 years office experience, preferably within Financial Services or Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Extensive knowledge of M&A processes, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record of leading successful acquisitions and integrations.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in a senior leadership role within M&A or corporate development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all phases of integration – from the due diligence process through Day 1 readiness
  • Delivering post integration best practices to identify learnings and improvements for cross-functional teams
  • Standardize integration workflows and lessons learned to create playbooks for future acquisitions and accelerated time-to-value
  • Proactive stakeholder management
