The purpose of this role is to lead LSS project teams (5-10 engineers) that implement standard engineering solutions with customized (complex) specials and migrations of Honeywell legacy systems, if required, to successful completion and within budgeted time and cost constraints.
The project team is defined as all applicable disciplines (Lead Engineer) or one discipline (Stream Lead) as part of a larger project.
To lead the delivery of Opex entitlements in scope of LCM program. Ensure that SESP, BGP, PMP ‘Parts Management Program’, Site Services (Preventive and Corrective Maintenances), Cybersecurity Services and Subscriptions, and remaining of Opex scope is being delivered to customer on timely manner with high customer satisfaction.
To be technically responsible for the overall technical design and technical scope of the systems and/or solutions in scope of the project, fully in line with Honeywell and client standards for design rules and guidelines.
To support the implementation of projects in line with LSS objectives including continuous improvement of margin, customer satisfaction, schedule, working capital, and safety performance.
Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) is mandatory
Appropriate Technical Qualification for role
Six Sigma Certification preferred
10 to 15 years of experience in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to project management
Honeywell LSS solutions and programs (SESP, PMP, LCM, A360, Enabled Services, … etc.).
Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in executing a range of engineering projects are essential.

Acts as technical interface with customers, establishing professional relationships to ensure that the technical project requirements are fully defined, agreed and delivered within schedule and cost constraints.

Acts as technical interface to 3rd party suppliers to ensure correct functionality of the 3rd party deliverables including the correct integration of those deliverables in Honeywell systems or solutions.

Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budget) are in place prior to commencing work.

Produces and/or approves functional and detailed design specifications and provides technical leadership, support and expertise for the project team.

Ensures that the engineered solution meets project requirements, across all disciplines, in terms of functionality, Honeywell and client standard designs & design rules, quality, and supports documentation and implementation process at minimum cost by optimizing use of global productivity tools and other Standard Builds deliverables, utilize Honeywell's tools to optimize engineering hours effectively and enhance overall productivity.

Monitors and controls technical project scope against the Project Execution Plan and Functional & Detailed Design Specifications, ensures effective change control, and identifies risks/opportunities.

Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements and shares technical knowledge back to Discipline Communities, and the project team.

Reports progress and technical problems and/or changes to project/program manager.

Providing guidance to team members in the creation and development of deliverables.

Supporting team members in the finalization of BOMs, System Architectures, System Designs, and Network Designs Quality checks of the documentation prepared by team members.

Tracking and managing Internal Rework Hours, Input Logs, Deliverable Logs, Budget Usage and Forecasts, Technical Queries (TQ) Status, Lessons Learned, and additional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Promoting a culture of Knowledge Sharing among team members by utilizing tips, Self-Learning, Guidelines, Checklists, and organized Share & Learn activities.

Create and maintain a ‘Maintenance Plan’ in alignment with customer maintenance strategy.

Act as Project Manager and HSE Leader when required.

Identify saving opportunities to improve margin and report them to the Project/Program Manager.

Leading Site activities as Site Manager on large programs being focal point to our customer.

Get involved during proposal to validate the proposal technically, review costing and optimize where needed.

Ensure that project is executed with GMS framework and apply required quality checks and participate in quality procedures reviews once asked.

Actively identify applicable Notifications (PN, BW, SN, RAL... etc.) on projects before delivery to site and ensure proper resolution is implemented.
