As a Senior Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and perform various administrative tasks. You will report directly to our VP and Chief Technology Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our executive team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business goals. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized and professional environment. Here you will use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell Services and Connectivity (S and C) Senior Leadership Team. In this role you will work closely with the leaders, plus enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma.
- 5+ years of advanced administrative assistance experience supporting one or more executives.

- Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and other web-based programs.
- Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Some administrative assistant experience.
- Associate's degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Act with a sense of urgency and focus on results, not activity.
- Prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
- Resolve most questions and issues, referring only the most complex calls/questions to the next level.
- Provide support in planning and coordination of travel, calendars and meetings.
- Prepare and/or modify reports and weekly team highlights using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Operates PC and software applications to generate tables, charts, memoranda, reports, and correspondence.
- Answer questions and requests which require a detailed knowledge of office and departmental procedures.
- May make needed purchases using corporate P-Card and maintain related records.
- Assists in the development of innovations in departmental systems and functions.
- Coordinate activities with other organizations or functionalized areas, and manage forms to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
