We’re looking for a Junior System Engineer ready to learn, explore, and contribute to Automatic Flight Control Systems (AFCS). You’ll help develop key functions like Autopilot,Autothrottle,Flight Directo r, Trims, and Yaw Damper. You’ll work closely with an experienced team and grow alongside a brand‑new product line.

This is a hybrid role,3 days at the office +2 days work from home model.

• A strong technical launchpad — a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Avionics, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or Industrial Automation.

• A self‑propelled mindset — proactive, independent, motivated, and ready to take initiative when the mission calls for it.
• **Analytical sharpness **and calm under pressure, able to dissect complex problems and stay steady in demanding situations.

We Value

• Familiarity with engineering tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools used in systems development, modeling and simulation.
• Knowledge of scripting language (e.g. Python)
• Previous experience with one or more of the following: systems engineering, systems verification, model-based design, requirements management, or aerospace industry (e.g. during an internship/part-time job/diploma thesis)
• Basic understanding of aircraft/avionics functions and design

Your Mission in Aero Space

• **Perform the design **and development of automatic flight control systems, ensuring they meet project and customer requirements.
• Model-Based development using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Conduct **validation and verification/testing **of the system to ensure compliance with requirements and aerospace industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components into cohesive systems.
