As a Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing engineering & production programs within the Aerospace sector. Your ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams will help align projects with business goals and customer requirements.

You will report directly to our Sr Program Manager, and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location.

In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering and production projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Certification by industry accepted Program Management Organizations such as Project Management Institute

  • 6 years of experience in engineering/program management.
