YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar scope role.
- SMT Process Knowledge
- Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results with process simplification.
- Proven track record of successfully managing site operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and employees.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field.
- Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven track record of driving operations efficiency, business growth and profitability.

- Lead and manage operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets.
- Deliver the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for site to ensure customer satisfaction and enable growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and government agencies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees.
