YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar scope role.
• SMT Process Knowledge
• Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results with process simplification.
• Proven track record of successfully managing site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and employees.
