Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements

Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance their performance

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supplier processes and reduce costs

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and open communication

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Operations, to resolve supplierrelated issues and drive process improvements

Conduct supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure a reliable and resilient supply chain

Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier development and incorporate them into our processes

Support new product development by collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and successful product launches
