As a Sr Community Relations Manager here at Honeywell, you will be a key leader responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between your organization and the communities it serves. Your role goes beyond engagement; it's about creating a lasting, positive impact. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including residents, businesses, government agencies, and community organizations.

You will report directly to our Workforce Development Leader and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the community by developing and implementing comprehensive community outreach strategies and initiatives that not only align with the Aerospace organization's goals but also significantly enhance its reputation and social impact.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6 years of experience in community relations or a related field.
  • Expert with comprehensive knowledge in community engagement strategies.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful community relations strategies.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Communications, Public Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
