We are currently seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join our Electro-Mechanical Flight Control Actuation team. You will become part of a team delivering safety critical and complex control units for various types of Urban Air Mobility aircraft platforms that are shaping the future of the aerospace industry.

You will encompass the complete product design and development life cycle including, requirements development, concept design, implementation, build and verification. You will cooperate closely with local project and technical leadership and support US team in integration of the control units with actuators and delivery of the system solutions to the customers.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Software science
• 5 years’ experience as Systems Engineer/ Technical lead / Project Lead in area of Electronic product development
• Experience with whole development lifecycle of similar product - combination of HW and embedded SW
• Strong technical background and multi-disciplined skills (electrical, hardware, software, mechanical)
• Negotiation skills - you will be negotiating with customers and other stakeholders internally and externally
• Excellent command of English language is mandatory (B2/C1) - communication in English (spoken and written) with team located in the US

• Be technical leader of Systems Engineering team. The team is precising specification of control unit’s system structure and behaviors to satisfy customer requirements.
• Deriving the technical requirements from the customer ensuring the compliance of the system and its products to the customer requirement documentation.
• Defining the equipment level requirements - allocation to Hardware and Software controller level requirements and decomposing equipment level requirements into HW & SW requirements
• Being a technical lead coordinating all functional groups (El. HW, Mech, SW, Test Services, Safety, etc.) involved in development and prototype/ serial manufacture of electrical control unit and reporting on system design / development status to internal and external customers.
• Liaise closely with program management, design, development team and customers
• Handling tasks according to the demands of the program and the department.
