In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in business systems analysis to drive impactful changes within the organization. By identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and optimizing system functionality, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will empower you to effectively analyze business requirements and design tailored solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
You will report directly to our Director of Business Systems and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by leveraging your expertise in business systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize system functionality. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 4-5 or more years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, and Business Analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and systems.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Record to Report, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience with system implementation and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
