Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Dev teams to identify issues in existing infrastructure, automation pipelines, and system configurations, and propose improvements.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Linux-based systems.
• Support and improve cloud infrastructure (provisioning, scaling, monitoring, reliability).
• Perform IT / systems administration tasks, including system upgrades, user and access management, and maintenance of core infrastructure services.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Ability to work 20 hours per week.
• Undergoing or having finished a degree in Computer Science /Software Engineering or related field
• Ability to build and manage API calls in Python and/or PowerShell to support vRA operations (IP reservation, CI creation, VMware integration).
• Familiarity with standard development and testing tools such as Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and Postman.
• Experience with automation and scripting using Linux shell, cloud-init, and PowerShell.
• A good command of English language is mandatory.
