As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead a team responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. You will develop and oversee the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes, process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and you’ll work onsite out of our Torrance, CA location.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by enhancing productivity, improving product quality, and driving cost efficiencies. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.

The annual base salary range for this position is $101,000 - $126,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
