As an Assembly Mechanic - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in the assembly and maintenance of high-quality mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet stringent quality standards, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products are assembled accurately and efficiently, which in turn enhances customer satisfaction and operational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble complex mechanical systems and components according to specifications.

  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes.

  • Provide training and mentorship to junior assembly mechanics.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to assembly tasks.
  • Experience with quality control processes and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
