As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans, forecasts, and reports that align with our business objectives.

You will report directly to our Commercial Finance leader for LSS North America, and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial performance by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis, thereby contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business decisions in LSS North America.

  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.

YOUMUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems (SAP)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Energy or manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
