YOU MUST HAVE:

• Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or related field, and 5 years of Java & Javascript development experience as a Professional Software Developer.

• In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, and 3 years of Java & Javascript development experience as a Professional Software Developer.

• Full term of experience must include: development experience with Object Oriented Programming (Java) and UI technologies (Javascript, HTML, React, Node); experience with Framework & REST API based development; experience with Test Driven Development methodologies and automated test strategies; experience with conducting code reviews; experience with Agile Software development methodologies; experience with utilizing version control systems (Github); experience with maintaining Software Development Life Cycle; experience with working in global engineering teams; experience with Customer interaction abilities.

• Work with professional services leadership and development practice management to scope, estimate, and execute development projects based on the Niagara Framework APIs using Agile Scrum processes and methods.

• Specific emphasis on opportunities assessment, scope Niagara development solutions, propose development architectures, estimate development efforts, and build/test/deliver solutions based on the Niagara Framework APIs.

• Execute full Software Development Life Cycle.

• Participate in creating Architecture & Design solutions.

• Understanding customer problem statements and requirements.

• Participate in developing and maintaining strong Customer relationships.

• Write well designed, testable, high quality & efficient code.

• Work in an Agile Development environment.

• Collaborate with a globally distributed engineering team.

• Versatility with applying the Niagara Framework to customer requirements.
