We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations and ensure efficient supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive logistics experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will report directly to our Director ISC Operations and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.
YOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics software and supply chain management tools.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities and stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics management.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD) is a plus.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Manage logistics teams and provide training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to streamline supply chain operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on logistics performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational processes.
- Manage budgets, analyze costs, and track expenses to optimize logistics spending.
