As an Executive Assistant here at Honeywell, you will ensure smooth administrative functions, manage tasks for our executive team, and maintain an efficient work environment. You will report directly to the Vice President of Defense & Space International (DSI) the role is based in Rolle and daily onsite presence is required.

As an Executive Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks that support the DSI executive team and overall office operations. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities will be essential in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team and office operations. Your contributions will help streamline processes, enhance communication, and support the overall success of our organization.

In addition to the core responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the broader Honeywell business environment. Through regular collaboration with the DSI business team and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will develop a strong understanding of Honeywell’s operations, priorities, and customer landscape.

You may also engage in selective customer interactions, supporting meeting coordination, communications, and follow‑up activities. Over time, this experience can serve as a foundation for growth into expanded roles—potentially including customer‑facing or commercially oriented positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple calendars and schedule appointments and meetings

  • Follow up on critical actions and initiatives to ensure timely closure

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Assist with document preparation and editing

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant collaboration software

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn

  • Provide general administrative support to the extended DSI team as needed

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role or project management role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Fluent proficiency in English is required; some proficiency in French is beneficial
