As a UX Designer II, your primary role will be to craft user-focused digital product experiences across mobile and web applications. By adopting a user centered design process, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes. You will also test our products with users and iterate upon them to continuously improve the user experience. Work closely with engineering development team and support them to achieve the desired design intent.
Requirements:

4 - 7 years of UX and interaction design experience, experience with responsive web and mobile design.

Awareness of mobile platform (iOS and Android) UX guidelines
-
Strong work portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of UX Design process and principles, creative design thinking as well as complex problem solving

A solid grasp of user-centred design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis and usability testing
-
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate user needs, design ideas and concepts to key stakeholders
-
Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
-
Basic exposure to B2B application design is a plus

Proficiency in visual design, a sensitivity to typography, colour, layout, and an excellent understanding of UI design fundamentals

Passionate about UX, awareness of the latest industry trends and ability to effectively incorporate them in our products

Combine user needs and business requirements and translate them to information architecture, compelling customer journeys and efficient task flows that lead to intuitive and seamless user experiences.

Designing user-experiences from low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity pixel perfect mock-ups to interactive prototypes

Collaborate with Global Design team, research team, Product Team, and other stakeholders in reviewing user stories, wireframes, and designs.

Work in an agile software development environment and collaborate efficiently with software developers, scrum masters and other key stakeholders
-
Conduct effective usability tests and iteratively improve the product user experience. Validating design ideas using user testing

Participate and contribute in new product development and innovation
-
Strong rapid prototyping abilities using prototyping tools like Figma, Miro.
