As an intern, you will support seasoned Field Service Engineers (FSEs) in delivering technical solutions at customer sites across Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Assist in the installation, servicing, and repair of complex systems like Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and HVAC controls.

• Site Operations: Accompany engineers to customer locations island-wide to conduct troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance.

• Documentation: Help prepare technical documentation, including work instructions, shop drawings, and service records.

• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, engineering, and support) to ensure project milestones are met safely and on schedule.

• Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Automation Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of PLC/DDC functionalities and programming.

• Familiarity with process automation, HVAC, or building automation systems.

• Intermediate computer skills, including basic networking knowledge.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn in an international environment, and ability to work effectively in teams.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel to various customer sites throughout Singapore.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
