As a Sr Advanced Engineering Support Specialist at Honeywell, you will be part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions within Honeywell Aerospace.

You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location on a hybrid schedule. External hires will begin with 90 days onsite before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule.

You will use your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations, trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program related activities

  • Work tightly with Project Engineers, Management and Program teams to facilitate program reporting and execution

  • Manage proposal activities

  • Review metrics and help drive actions

  • Help coordinate meetings and visits

  • Process advocate

  • Test equipment coordination and tracking

  • Take meeting minutes, maintain RAIL and follow up on actions

  • AECS (export) process support

  • Facilitate issues resolution

Up to 10% travel may be expected.

MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Familiar with aerospace processes and tools
  • Ability to write, read and speak English
