In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in leading and/or assisting in strategic decisions during regional events to assist in crisis response and business recovery efforts.
- Excellent project management and data analytics skills.
- Ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives at a global level with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
