· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.

· 12–15 years of leadership experience in AI and automation.

· Relevant certifications in RPA and AI/ML platforms are preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead the development and execution of AI and automation programs across Honeywell.

· Establish frameworks for AI governance, ethics, and compliance.

· Implement automation solutions, including RPA, chatbots, and digital assistants.

· Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize AI and automation initiatives.

· Promote the adoption of AI technologies within customer service, supply chain, and operational processes.

· Monitor and assess the effectiveness of AI and automation use cases.

· Ensure adherence to data privacy and AI regulatory standards.

· Build and nurture AI and automation centers of excellence.

· Develop enterprise KPIs and reporting mechanisms for AI initiatives.

· Provide training for teams on AI and automation platforms and governance practices.

· Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners.

· Benchmark AI adoption against industry best practices.

· Drive continuous improvement in automation efficiency.

· Ensure cybersecurity compliance for all AI systems.

· Foster innovation through pilot projects and the scaling of successful initiatives.

· Report on AI and automation outcomes to the VP and senior executives.
