You will report directly to our Lab Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of laboratory operations, contributing to the successful execution of testing and equipment management processes.

We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Lab Technician to support day-to-day laboratory operations, testing activities, and equipment management. This role is ideal for a high school graduate who is a fast learner, demonstrates strong problem‑solving skills, and is eager to develop hands-on experience in a technical environment.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in technical, hands-on work.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of computers for data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to follow written instructions, processes, and safety guidelines.
  • Comfortable working in a lab or workshop environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of laboratory equipment and test stations.
  • Perform basic tests, measurements, and data collection following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and organized test records, logs, and documentation.
  • Support equipment calibration, inventory tracking, and routine lab maintenance.
  • Follow safety protocols, lab procedures, and quality standards at all times.
  • Identify basic issues or abnormalities during tests and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians on test execution and troubleshooting.
