You will:

• Develop new software solutions for navigation for drones, planes, and anything that flies.

• Create alternative navigation methods that keep systems functioning when GPS or signal is unavailable.

Must haves

• Experience with embedded or application software development in C/C plus plus; basic understanding of hardware–software integration
• Familiarity with Linux development and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) is a plus
• Understanding of software development processes, testing, and automation
• Knowledge of tools like Git, DOORS, or Clear Quest is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and modify embedded and application software (C, C plus plus, Python, MATLAB)

• Create or update requirements and software architecture

• Write and modify code, including active debugging and troubleshooting

• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and catch issues early

• Set up and maintain development and test environments

• Test and validate software for reliability and performance

• Design and update test cases, procedures, and scripts

• Perform unit testing and execute both informal and formal test runs

• Prepare clear, structured documentation

• Support software certification activities

• Actively contribute to project planning

• Provide effort estimates

• Report progress and challenges clearly and on time

• Ensure technical tasks are delivered within defined requirements

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams

• Work with hardware and system engineers to ensure smooth integration of software with hardware components
