This role is based at our corporate office in Sao Paulo, Brazil
This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Senior Payroll Analyst on the Finance team reporting to the Finance Manager, you will focus on maintaining accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations for our Brazil corporate and hotel teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Prepare payroll actions including terminations, vacations, and remuneration settlements
- Update and maintain payroll databases ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Organize and maintain digital payroll files in cloud-based systems
- Generate monthly reports and documentation for hotel financial closing
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with HR and Department Heads to validate payroll changes, overtime approvals, and documentation
- Work with IT teams to ensure payroll systems reflect regulatory updates
- Support internal and external auditors by providing required payroll data and reports
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Accurate monthly payroll processing including calculations, deductions, and compliance submissions
- Regulatory reporting deliverables such as e-SOCIAL, DCTFWEB, RAIS, SEFIP, and other statutory obligations
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two plus (2+) years of experience in payroll operations
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Experience with payroll and financial systems (Microsoft O365, TOTVS, SUN, XEROX)
- Basic English fluency
- Willing to travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Postgraduate education in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related fields
- Experience supporting audits and government inspections
