ホテルまたは隣接するタイムシェア棟でのゲストサービスチームをリードしていただくポジションです。
到着前・到着時・滞在中・そして滞在後までのゲストケアを提供できるよう円滑なオペレーションを担っていただきます。
主な業務内容
・ホテルまたはタイムシェア棟へご来館のお客様のお迎え
・滞在されているお客様のお荷物のケア
・ホテル館内の設備やサービス、イベント、近隣の観光地などのご案内
・バギーカートや社用車を使用した送迎
・チームメンバーへの業務指示やトレーニング開催
・関連部署との連携業務(フロント・予約課・レストラン・ハウスキーピング)
必須条件
・同様職種の役職/ご経験をお持ちの方、またはホスピタリティ業界でリーダーのご経験のある方
・運転免許証をお持ちの方(ホテル敷地内外にて、送迎を行うため)
歓迎条件
・日常会話レベルの英語スキル
