What will I be doing?
In your role as a Banquet Waiter/ess – Casual Brigade, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, timely, and efficient service during events, contributing to an excellent experience for Guests, clients, and Team Members. This position is offered under a temporary contract of up to one (1) year, with a work schedule based on operational needs and event requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Respond to guest and client queries in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with applicable regulations and hotel policies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, beverage lists, and products offered during events.

Ensure mise en place is properly prepared, organized, and fully stocked at assigned service stations.
-
Follow established reporting procedures when facing incidents, operational deviations, or guest-related situations.
-
Ensure Food and Beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered in a timely manner.

Comply with Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.

Adhere to hotel security procedures, fire safety regulations, health and safety legislation, and internal hotel policies.

The following experience and qualifications will be considered an advantage:

Previous experience in the Food & Beverage department and/or hospitality industry

Experience handling cash and payment transactions

Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene regulations

Advanced English level (Required)

Availability to work flexible hours based on operational and event needs (Required)
