CLUSTER PAYROLL CLERK
Position Purpose:
The Cluster Payroll Clerk is responsible for accurately processing payroll for multiple hotels within the cluster. This role ensures timely and compliant payroll operations, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing

Process payrolls for all hotels within the cluster, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Verify and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, deductions, and benefits.

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and labor laws.
Data Management

Maintain accurate payroll records and team member information.

Working with HR team, update payroll systems with new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.

Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of payroll data.
Compliance and Reporting

Calculate and remit payroll-related taxes and statutory deductions on time.

Prepare and submit required payroll reports to management and regulatory bodies.

Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance across the cluster.
Team Member Support

Provide support to team members regarding payroll processes and policies.

Ensure confidentiality of team member payroll information.
Reconciliation and Audit:

Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
-
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system for payroll records.
Requirements:
· Experience in payroll processing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
· Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws.
· Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with owners, stakeholders, and team member
· Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
