The Sales Trainee works with the Director of Sales and in coordination with the Commercial Manager, he / she implements all sales activities in his / her area of responsibility. These include coordinating negotiation processes, Letters of Agreement, secretarial backup, hotel inspections or any other specific projects as assigned.

What will I be doing?

As the Sales Trainee you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Support in answering all telephone calls and emails in a friendly manner, using clear and professional English
    communication.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to sales.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team in conducting site inspections.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned.
  • Follow the company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professional grooming standards.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
