The Sales Trainee works with the Director of Sales and in coordination with the Commercial Manager, he / she implements all sales activities in his / her area of responsibility. These include coordinating negotiation processes, Letters of Agreement, secretarial backup, hotel inspections or any other specific projects as assigned.
What will I be doing?
As the Sales Trainee you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Support in answering all telephone calls and emails in a friendly manner, using clear and professional English
communication. - Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in conducting site inspections.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Follow the company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional grooming standards.

A Sales Trainee serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
