This is your chance to be part of the next generation Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to all teams across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton's strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and customer insights combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton's goals. As a Manager, Channel & Distribution Analytics,you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Commercial Analytics team reporting to Senior Director, Commercial Analytics, you will support projects including Booking & Demand Insights, Hilton Channel Hierarchy and varies projects supporting Distribution initiatives.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Integrate Commercial, Marketing, Digital, and Group data to identify enterprise booking‑demand signals.
- Deliver clear channel performance insights and pinpoint optimization opportunities for commercial teams.
- Maintain and evolve the Hilton Channel Hierarchy to support Distribution, Digital, and Commercial needs.
- Monitor channel‑related risk and support Distribution Compliance by detecting anomalies.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with Global Distribution and cross‑functional Commercial, Digital, and Marketing teams to embed insights into strategy and routines.
- Join recurring distribution, performance, and commercial planning meetings to influence decisions with data.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Enterprise demand intelligence that highlights cross‑channel demand signals and supports commercial decisions.
- Distribution analytics and governance, including Channel Hierarchy evolution, strategic insights for Distribution, and ongoing risk monitoring.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience creating and analyzing reports, gathering reporting requirements, developing reports and dashboards.
- Three (3) years working with data representation, storytelling, analyses, and modeling
- Expertise with BI and data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Micro Strategy, SAS, Qlik, etc.)
- Hybrid schedule from Mc Lean, VA
It would be useful if you have:
- One (1) year functional experience in Hotel Sales, Revenue Management, or Hospitality Analytics
- Experience balancing and translating complex analytical methodologies into organizational and business objectives
- Experience in advanced analytic techniques, particularly R or Python
