【業務内容】
・配管設備の修繕、点検
・空調・シャワーなど客室設備の修繕・点検
・防災設備の点検
・突発的に発生したトラブルへの対応
・機械室での備品の修繕・調整 など
【必須要件】
・設備管理（特に配管）に関する知識のある方
（実務経験や職業訓練校に通っていた方など）
【歓迎要件】
・設備管理（特に配管）の実務経験のある方（1年以上）
・ビルメンテナンス・施設管理経験のある方
