Due to your work experience, we understand that we do not need to explain you what your daily tasks will be, but just in case we will explain it shortly.

You will be leading a team, of 3 different outlets which will be working simultaneously and you will maintain the overview. Together with your team, you are responsible for delivering excellent service to our guests in the restaurant, the room service and the Banquet & Events department. Besides that, you are the contact person for team members, agency workers and guests. Lastly, you are also the trainer and coach for your team and you dare to provide them with feedback in order to stimulate their development.

Do you recognize yourself as our Allround Food & Beverage Supervisor? Then we are looking for you!

Besides an enthusiastic personality you are / you have;

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role in a Food & Beverage environment

- A real team player and capable of building and motivating a team

- Independent and responsible

- A ‘Hands on’ mentality: you are proactive and will take on challenges

- Perfect knowledge of wine and food pairing

- Strong organizational and communicative skills in English

- Flexible to work during week days and weekends and during morning and evening shifts
