Responsibilities:

• Create genuine first impressions through every call and booking

• Build strong relationships with guests, VIPs and corporate clients

• Work closely with the hotel team to deliver seamless, memorable stays

• Balance admin excellence with commercial focus to drive results

• Turn enquiries into confirmed experiences

• Support Front Office operations and work as one team to deliver smooth, consistent guest experiences

About You:

• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is offered)

• Committed to high-standard of service and driven to succeed in hospitality industry

• Knowledge of hotel property management systems

• Previous experience in reservations/sales/hotels

• Positive attitude, resilient, and effective communication

• Confident telephone manner and tech-saavy

• Strong organisation/administration skills

• Excellent grooming standards
