Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Manage revenue data:

Collect, enter, process, and maintain historical and statistical data to support hotel revenue management

• Generate and distribute reports:

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports using data management systems

• Analyze market trends:

Evaluate demand, pricing, and market conditions to identify revenue opportunities

• Conduct competitive research:

Perform and document shop calls to assess industry trends and competitor pricing

• Provide administrative and guest support:

Assist with inquiries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
