Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Memorable Moments: The magic of guest relations and exceptional customer service!

  • A Brand Ambassador who knows the hotel inside out and loves showcasing its products with flair and enthusiasm!

  • Mastering the art of auditing and database wizardry, complete with record-keeping magic!

  • Ensuring peace of mind through vigilant safety and security measures

  • Swiftly addressing guest inquiries and special requests with tailored solutions

About You:

  • Proven track record in a hotel Front Office operations with flexible weekend and overnight availability

  • Have at least 12 months of full Australian working rights and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area

  • Confident and bubbly personality, with an aptitude for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork, and patience

  • Have RSA ready to rock and roll!

  • Strong English writing, reading and speaking communication, with a bonus for those who are multilingual

  • Tech-Savvy Precision and Confidentiality: Mastering technology with a keen eye for detail and data security
