What will I be doing?

As Finance Officer – you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· F&B cost accounting based on data from check SCM.

· Monthly inventory work and data entry.

· Investigation of unrecorded expenses and input of journal data.

· ENT/Officer calculation and journal data entry

· Preparation and distribution of cost report.

· Cash machine management.

· Management of Petty Cash vouchers and input journal data and cash disbursements.

· Item management/maintenance in Check SCM

· Responding to accounting audits for own tasks.

· Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

An Finance Officer serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• University degree and above.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Attention to details and good interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English and Japanese to meet business needs.

• Possess system skills in Check SCM, SUN.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
