A Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across hotel operations, ensuring the timely attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent. This role supports hotel staffing needs across operational while leading recruitment initiatives that align with brand standards, service culture, and business objectives
What will I be doing?
As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within the hotel to deliver an excellent staff experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Manage daily recruitment activities for hotel positions, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, culinary, engineering, sales, and other operational roles

Advertise for open positions on Hilton Careers Website and ensure all preapprovals are in place

Source, screening, interview candidates

Develop good internal and external relationships to obtain high-caliber candidates
-
Maintain active applicant talent bank
-
implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, career fairs, hospitality schools, and agencies
-
Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the hotel’s service culture and employer brand
-
Oversee interview coordination, selection processes, job offers, and pre-employment requirements
-
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
-
Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry
-
Ensures Hilton Recruitment policy and procedures are in place

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Previous experience in a similar within the hotel or hospitality industry

Excellent English language skills

People person with a genuine drive to find talent

Passionate for Hospitality and delivering excellent candidates experience

Self-driven and capable of multitasking with high attention to details and accuracy

Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality staffing requirements

Excellent communication and people skills
