Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Bellman:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

• Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, storing, and delivering bags to rooms.

• Escort guests to their rooms while sharing helpful information about hotel amenities and services.

• Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, dining, transportation, and hotel facilities.

• Coordinate transportation needs, including taxis, rideshares, shuttles, and valet support.

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

• Support VIP guests with attentive, personalized service.

• Maintain the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
