到着前・出発時や滞在中のゲストケアを率先して担う。
親切かつ協力的に、そして積極的にチームリーダーとしての役割を果たす。
質の高いサービスを提供するために、新しいアイディアや改善案を共有する。
苦情を受けた場合は迅速かつ冷静に対処し必要な措置を講ずる。FOマネジメントチームへの報告、フォローアップを行い、問題解決に繋げる。
FOチーム内、および他部署との連携をスムーズにこなせるよう中心的になり努める。
