A Cluster IT Trainee will support the IT Department in the day-to-day operations of IT systems across the hotels within the cluster, including business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems.

This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to start a career in hospitality IT, gain hands-on experience, and grow within an international company.

What will I be doing?

As a Cluster IT Trainee, you will assist the IT Team in ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of IT services for both the hotels and their Guests. You will support daily activities and contribute to maintaining IT standards, under the supervision of the Cluster IT Manager.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Provide daily support for internal IT systems and users, helping minimize service interruptions

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PCs, printers, networks, telephony, etc.)

  • Support basic installation and configuration of IT equipment and systems

  • Help monitor IT systems performance and report anomalies to the Cluster IT Manager

  • Record incidents and requests, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation

  • Support periodic IT maintenance and routine checks

  • Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies

  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational and Guest-related IT needs

  • Participate in IT projects and upgrades across the cluster, gaining exposure to hotel technologies

  • A strong interest in IT and technology, with willingness to learn and develop professionally

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems

  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals is a plus

  • Previous experience (even academic or internship) in IT support is preferred

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • A proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to manage priorities and respond to requests in a timely manner

  • Flexibility and problem-solving mindset
