The Executive Floor Team Leader provides guidance and leadership, ensuring consistent quality of customer service is provided to all guests in accordance with Hilton brand standards.

What will I be doing?

As the Executive Floor Team Leader, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Participate in all operational aspects of the Executive Club, supervising the activities of the Club Floor and Guest Service associates to maintain the highest standards of personalized service to all guests.

  • Meet and escort VIPs and special guests to ensure that they are given due recognition and importance.

  • Assign rooms according to reservations, guest histories, guest requests and conduct room inspections to ensure total guest comfort.

  • Make courtesy call and record all suggestion, complaints and compliments from guest in the logbook to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Closely monitor the on-day Executive Club’s current room status and reservation for the board room in order not to fail guests’ requests.

  • Be alert of any unusual incidents or strangers and report to the Guest Service Manager or Security to ensure guests’ safety and privacy.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Club.

  • Provide training to subordinates and new recruits to ensure their performance meet service standards.

  • Follow-up on other tasks assigned by your superior.

What are we looking for?

An Executive Floor Team Leader serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • High School degree.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position in a 5-star international branded hotel or comparable industry related experience.

  • Good communication, organization and coordination skills.

  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

  • Able to maintain excellent relations with team members.

  • Able to work under great physical and mental pressures.

  • Understand basic spoken English to meet business needs.

  • Familiar with computer systems preferred.
