Job Requirements
We are looking for a FRONT OFFICE MANAGER who is passionate about hospitality and teamwork and will ensure the highest standard of guest service.
Your role:
-
organizing and supervising the work of the hotel reception,
-
coordinating the work of the reception team (schedules, task allocation, training new team member),
-
ensuring a high standard of service for hotel guests,
-
supervising reception documentation and accounting,
-
cooperating with other hotel departments,
-
ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.
Work Experience
What we need:
-
experience in managing a reception or front office department,
-
ability to manage a team and organize the work of subordinate employees
-
strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
knowledge of reservation systems and customer service
