You will support us in the following areas:

  • Reviewing payments for invoices and other project-related expenses
  • Monitoring daily financial transactions, including accounting processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and payment approvals
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the profit and loss (P&L) statement and balance sheet accounts in accordance with company guidelines
  • Managing the preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly closings in collaboration with the Director of Finance
  • Reviewing and approving journal entries, monthly closings, and payroll-related payments in compliance with deadlines and guidelines
  • Ensuring that all necessary permits, licenses, and legal documents are in place and up to date
