A Food and Drink Admin Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Manager and Food and Drink Assistants in administrative and bureaucratic activities.
What will I be doing?
As the Food and Drink Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Manager and Food and Drink Assistants in administrative and bureaucratic activities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- If necessary, direct interaction with customers
- Preparation and control of internal and external e-mails
- Control and execution of operational checklist
- Organization of internal events
- Preparation of internal and external documents
- Know and promote the hotel facilities
- Attend operational meeting
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and prepare monthly requisitions
- Assist the trainings that are required for their own training and pass on to colleagues their knowledge and experience to help them improve their work
