私たちの組織:Telco Solutionsは、固定/モバイル通信サービス、インターネット接続サービス、IoT、インターネットVPNなど、通信事業者がエンタープライズユーザ向け、コンシューマ向けに提供する様々なネットワークサービスの構築、運用を支援するための製品、ソリューションを提供しています。また、その製品、ソリューションを活用したシステムの構築、運用、保守、コンサルティングを行うサービスを合わせて提供しています。 Telco Solutionsが提供する製品、ソリューションは、Operation Support Systemマーケットにおいて30年以上の経験と実績を持っており、世界中の数多くのお客様にご利用いただき、高い評価をいただいています。

【業務内容】

Telco Solutionsでの業務は、Telco Solutionsが提供する製品、ソリューションをベースとして、お客様の課題を解決し、お客様のビジネスをお手伝いするシステムの構築、運用支援、保守を、プロジェクトとして遂行することです。このプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトリーダとして、他の社員や協力会社と協働しながら業務を進めていただきます。 また、Telco SolutionsはGlobal組織であるため、製品、ソリューションのトレーニング、ナレッジ、プロセスの標準化など、Globalチームと連携しながら、業務を行っていきます。

【経験、知識要件】

以下の要件を満たすこと。

· 通信業界におけるITシステムの導入、統合、開発、構成に関するプロジェクト遂行経験（設計、製造、テスト、導入、ソリューションのサポートおよび保守を含む）が3～5年以上あること。

· 通信業界の製品、サービス、ネットワークに関するスキルと知識があること。

· ネットワークプロトコル、プログラミング言語、データベース、仮想化、コンテナ化に関するスキルと知識があること。

· 優れたコミュニケーション能力とクリティカルシンキングの能力があること。

【あると望ましい知識、経験】

以下のいずれかの要件があることが望ましい。

· 世界中の人々とコミュニケーションをとるための英語力があること。

【あると望ましい知識、資格】

· 英語力（技術文書のリーディング、メールでのコミュニケーション）

· プロジェクトマネジメント資格（PMP）

· セキュリティ資格（CISSP）
