Join a team that helps power the digital backbone of iconic global media brands. As a Content Services Associate, you’ll ensure all content in our digital asset management (DAM) system is accurate, accessible, and optimized—playing a key role in driving operational excellence across markets.

Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
- Evaluate incoming digital assets from multiple pipelines for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Monitor production schedules and go-live timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Tag and organize digital assets to enhance searchability and support automation efforts
- Troubleshoot technical issues, document bugs, and contribute suggestions for feature improvements
- Onboard and support users across departments—resolving access issues and offering training that drives adoption
- Partner with content creators to ensure metadata accuracy and compliance with standards during DAM uploads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies across connected systems
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
- 3+ years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, or a related field within media
- Proficiency with Digital Asset Management systems; familiarity with Orange Logic is a plus
- Understanding of metadata standards, file formats, and DAM best practices
- Strong customer service mindset—responsive, solutions-oriented, and focused on DAM adoption
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management
- Team-oriented communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for users
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving tools and workflows
- Passion for optimizing creative workflows and supporting content teams
- Hybrid work schedule: 4 days per week in-office at our NYC headquarters

The base salary for this role is between $58,000 - $70,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
