About the Role: The HR Information System Intern will join the HR Information System (HR IS) team and contribute to the support and enhancement of People & Organization (P&O) systems within the Italian perimeter. The **curricular internship** will last **six months** and will be based in our **Alba offices**. The position focuses primarily on Ferrero’s Italian companies, which represent the largest employee population within the Group, and involves close collaboration with the Italy P&O team, offering exposure to core Group HR processes and systems, as well as frequent interaction with HR IS professionals in other countries. This internship provides valuable experience in HR processes, technologies, data quality management and system-related support within a dynamic and international environment. Main Responsibilities: In this position, you will **work alongside the Italy HR IS team to become familiar with Ferrero’s P&O systems and processes**, contributing to daily activities and ongoing projects related to system support and evolution. You will **conduct analyses on data availability and data quality**, helping ensure that HR information is accurate and reliable across the Italian perimeter. **Supporting P&O professionals in the proper use of HR information systems** will be a key aspect of your role, offering guidance and troubleshooting when needed. You will also** be involved in initiatives aimed at improving existing P&O tools or implementing new ones**, participating in both local projects and Group-driven developments. Additionally, you will **support the delivery of training sessions on P&O systems**, promoting system knowledge and contributing to the onboarding process within the P&O community. About You: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, and you have an **interest in Human Resources topics**. You have a good command of **Italian **and **English **to manage global interactions and documentation effectively. You bring analytical skills, effective communication, and a flexible, proactive attitude. You enjoy working collaboratively and thrive in team oriented environments.
