About the Role: For our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for Group Transfer Pricing Advisor to join our **Finance team**. This position plays a key role in managing and coordinating transfer pricing activities across all entities within the Group and supporting the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies across the organization. You will lead the Transfer Pricing automatization field, enhancing the digitalization of transfer pricing processes. The role works cross-functionally close with the Group Transfer Pricing Manager. Collaboration with colleagues in Treasury, Administration, Planning & Control, Tax, Legal, People & Organization, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, HCO, Sales and the broader Business organization is essential to ensure the effective and compliant execution of the Group’s transfer pricing strategies. Main Responsibilities: Thanks to your experience in transfer pricing, you will** contribute to the design and implementation of the Group’s transfer pricing policies and methodologies** in line with business activities and tax regulations. You will be involved in setting transfer prices for intercompany transactions involving goods, services, intellectual property, and financing, as well as in monitoring regulatory developments and their potential impact. You will also support the adaptation of transfer pricing approaches in case of organizational or business changes. You will work with finance and non-finance teams to support the day-to-day **management of transfer pricing topics across the Group.** You will participate in **cross-border projects, interactions with tax authorities**, and selected initiatives such as advance **pricing agreements, integration of newly acquired entities, and topics related to customs**. Thanks to your collaboration with departments such as Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Operations, you will support the implementation of transfer pricing policies and contribute to the development of related processes and tools, including digital solutions. About You: You will bring a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) considered an advantage. You have 8-10 years of experience in transfer pricing within a multinational company or in tax advisory, with solid knowledge of** OECD guidelines, BEPS initiatives**, and local transfer pricing regulations. Familiarity with **international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) **and experience with the APA process are expected, along with proficiency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively across cultures and geographies. You are abilite to operate in a multinational environment and** manage multiple priorities, **strong **project management and organizational capabilities**, and proficiency with** tax technology solutions**. You will also bring an **analytical mindset**, attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, advanced Excel and data analysis skills, as well as natural empathy and influencing abilities.
